This Refunds & Cancellations Policy (the “
Policy”) explains how
CureNatural LLC (“
CureNatural,” “
we,” “
us,” or “
our”) handles cancellations, refunds, and related matters for our digital products, subscriptions, and consultation services. By purchasing or subscribing to any CureNatural or Woodlands Ayurveda service, you agree to this Policy as part of our
Terms & Conditions.
- General Principles
1.1 All CureNatural and Woodlands Ayurveda offerings are digital services, mobile app subscriptions, or consultations. Once a purchase is confirmed, access is generally delivered immediately or a consultation time is reserved.
1.2 Because digital content is delivered instantly and consultations reserve professional time, refunds are
limited and subject to the terms below.
1.3 By purchasing, you acknowledge that all content and services are provided for
educational and wellness purposes only and not as medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. See Section 8 for important disclaimers.
- Online Courses (Digital Content)
2.1 All e-learning courses offered through the Site are
one-time purchases.
2.2 Access is granted immediately upon payment.
2.3
No refunds or cancellations are available once a course is purchased, as full access is granted immediately.
2.4 Exceptions are made only if:
(a) You are charged in error due to a system malfunction; or
(b) The course is inaccessible for technical reasons attributable solely to CureNatural.
- Consultations
3.1 Consultations may be offered under the
CureNatural or
Woodlands Ayurveda brands, either virtually or in person.
3.2 Refunds for consultations are only available if:
(a) You cancel
within 24 hours of booking; and
(b) Your scheduled consultation is
more than 24 hours away at the time of cancellation.
3.3 If you cancel less than 24 hours before the consultation, or fail to attend, the fee is
non-refundable.
3.4 If CureNatural must cancel a consultation for unforeseen reasons, we will either:
(a) Reschedule at a mutually agreeable time; or
(b) Issue a full refund, at your option.
- Mobile App Subscriptions
4.1 The CureNatural App is offered on a
subscription basis through the
Apple App Store and
Google Play Store.
4.2 Subscription management, including cancellations, is handled directly through your app store account. CureNatural cannot override app store billing.
4.3 You may cancel your subscription at any time through your app store settings. Access remains active until the end of the billing period, after which your personalized wellness plan becomes unavailable.
4.4 Subscription fees are
non-refundable, except as required by the app store’s own policies.
- PDF Wellness Plans (Custom Digital Products)
5.1 The App may allow you to purchase a
downloadable PDF version of your personalized wellness plan.
5.2 Because the PDF is
custom-generated and delivered instantly, purchases are
final and non-refundable.
5.3 If a technical issue prevents delivery, contact
info @ AyurvedaWoodlands.com within 48 hours of purchase.
- Technical Issues and Errors
6.1 If a transaction error occurs (e.g., duplicate charges, payment processed but no access delivered), notify CureNatural within
seven (7) days by emailing
support@curenatural.com.
6.2 Upon verification, CureNatural will correct the error by either:
(a) Issuing a refund; or
(b) Providing the missing access/product.
- Method and Timing of Refunds
7.1 Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
7.2 Processing times may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or app store. CureNatural has no control over third-party timelines.
7.3 CureNatural is not responsible for fees or charges imposed by your bank, card provider, or app store.
- Important Disclaimers
8.1 All CureNatural and Woodlands Ayurveda content and services are based on
Ayurveda principles for general wellness and education.
8.2 CureNatural does
not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Services are
not a substitute for professional healthcare. Always consult a licensed physician regarding your personal health.
8.3 By purchasing, you assume all risks associated with following dietary, herbal, supplement, or lifestyle suggestions. You are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients and ensuring you have no allergies, intolerances, or contraindications.
8.4 CureNatural shall not be liable for any adverse reaction, health outcome, or loss resulting from your use of the Services.
- Fraud, Abuse, and Chargebacks
9.1 CureNatural reserves the right to deny refunds or terminate accounts if we suspect fraud, abuse of this Policy, or repeated chargebacks.
9.2 Initiating a chargeback without first contacting CureNatural support may be considered misuse and may result in account suspension.
