Know your body type, and exactly what to do about it.
We assess your constitution (Prakriti) and your current imbalance (Vikriti), then build a written plan around your real life: which foods suit you and which to limit, when to eat, a simple daily routine, and the herbs and spices that support you. It is the plan clients keep on the kitchen counter.
What your Ayurvedic wellness plan includes
Dosha assessment: Prakriti and current Vikriti
Personal food guide: favor, limit and food combinations
Daily routine (Dinacharya) for your type
Herbs, spices and lifestyle recommendations

Questions about the wellness plan
How long does it take?
The assessment is one online session with Dr Amit. Your written plan follows the assessment, and you can start using it as soon as you receive it.
Do I need lab tests?
No. The Ayurvedic assessment is based on a detailed conversation about your digestion, sleep, energy, diet, routine and health history. If you have recent lab results, you are welcome to share them.
Can I follow it with my medications?
Yes. The plan is dietary and lifestyle guidance that works alongside your physician’s care. Keep taking prescribed medications, tell your doctor about any changes, and any supplement suggestion comes with a check for interactions with your medications.

Ayurveda Woodlands goes above and beyond in sharing knowledge. Honestly, there’s so much to learn that at some point you just decide how deep you want to go — and they’re totally supportive of letting you go at your own pace. They’re always available for Q&A, and they make the whole journey of learning and experiencing Ayurveda fun and inspiring. My yoga practice feels completely super-charged!
We review what you eat now, how you digest and sleep, and your constitution, then tell you exactly what to change first and what can wait. It suits people who already know a little Ayurveda and want an expert eye, or anyone who wants direct answers in a single session.
Ayurveda treats the mind as part of the body’s balance. In this session we plan a sattvic and yogic diet that supports clarity and calm, and match breathwork, meditation and a daily rhythm to your constitution.
Ayurveda Woodlands provides education and lifestyle guidance based on Ayurveda. It is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Always consult your physician about medical conditions and before changing medications.
